My aunt and I made these vegan, gluten free, dairy free cupcakes for a tea party and they turned out so so delicious. With the cupcakes we used Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour and egg replacer, etc. I made dairy free frosting with Country Crocks' Olive Oil butter and silk DF heavy whipping cream.
