Zebedee
Zebedee is our second horse.
He is an old, 12 hands high, palomino Icelandic horse. (Icelandic is a horse breed, but they are the size of a pony:)
He is short, cute, and sweet...but he came with not great manners. We got him in July/August, somewhere around that time, for free from a friend of my dad's who was moving.
I had always had Zebedee on my potential livestock names and it means "Gift of God" which fits so perfectly.
He is so fun to ride with a bumpy little trot and is eager to please. We are still working on his manners; in summer when he is working he tends to abruptly stop to graze as well as always expecting treats...he's getting a lot better though. But he is very good going around cones/barrels and is very kid proof.
I am currently teaching him to play fetch and he is progressing so well.
