Yesterday I had my first ever piano recital! I've had several violin ones in the past and have been playing the piano for years.
My mom teaches piano lessons to several children in Seward, and she held a Christmas recital. Since I am technically one of her students I presented two pieces that I have been working on. The first one was Downton Abbey the Suite and Silent Night-I'd only been working on Silent Night for a week, though!
It went really well, the students did amazing, there was around 75 friends and family members who came, we gave little gifts to the students, and there was delicious refreshments!
