From the Coffee Shop: A Peach Italian Soda, no cream
Italian sodas are one of my favorite things to make where I work…and my favorite summery drink. I know it’s not summer yet, but since I can’t have coffee and it’s feeling like spring, here we have it. Italian sodas are very easy to make: ice, seltzer water, fruit flavored syrup, and (optionally) cream and whipped cream. It’s very tasty and refreshing! I don’t know if it’s how the barista made it, or if it’s because the peach, but it was a little weaker flavored than I would have preferred. 3.75/5 (yes I’m making it complicated, you’re welcome :)
